Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented and experienced React Native Developer to join our mobile application development team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in building high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android. This role requires strong proficiency in JavaScript, React Native, and Redux, focusing on delivering exceptional user experiences and robust, scalable mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native.

- Implement state management solutions effectively using Redux or other relevant libraries to ensure predictable application behavior.

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces.

- Work with backend engineers to integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and other backend services.

- Write clean, modular, and efficient code in JavaScript, adhering to coding standards and best practices.

- Perform thorough unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure application quality, performance, and stability.

- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and battery usage across various devices and operating system versions.

- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines and coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to application functionality, performance, and cross-platform compatibility.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in React Native, JavaScript, mobile development, and related technologies.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of mobile development processes and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

- 3-5 years of professional experience in mobile application development.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+ features).

- Extensive hands-on experience with React Native for building cross-platform mobile applications.

- Proven expertise in state management using Redux (or Redux Toolkit, Redux Saga, etc.).

- Solid understanding of mobile application lifecycle, UI/UX principles, and best practices for responsive design.

- Experience with integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous operations.

- Familiarity with native build tools including Xcode and Android Studio.

- Proficiency with version control systems, preferably Git.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with TypeScript.

- Knowledge of native mobile development (iOS Swift/Objective-C or Android Java/Kotlin).

- Familiarity with other state management libraries or patterns.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.

- Understanding of agile development methodologies.

- Experience with third-party React Native libraries and native modules.
