. Responsible for planning and designing new software and web applications. Analyzes, tests and assists with the integration of new applications. Documents all development activity. Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- 5+ yrs of experience in Software Development using Java based technologies.
- Proven experience in Java server-side programming, REST APIs, Java features (streams, IO, collections, functional development), Spring framework, Springboot, Microservices, Middleware and virtualization.
- Experience with Agile Development methodologies is a must
- Experience with any Databases
- Experienced with Docker/Kubernetes - Preferable
- Strong experience in Unit Testing using frameworks like Junit & TestNG, Cucumber and mocking tools like Mockito/Power mock.
- Experience with a major cable, wireless or other telecommunic tions provider will be preferable.
- Experience with Amdocs OSS Platforms Good to have.
- Experience with business and consumer data and voice services desired
- Good knowledge of network circuit design and provisioning concepts preferred
- Understanding of Network technologies on a service provider network. MEF, MPLS, PON, SD-WAN, HFC
