Computronics Systems - Palo Alto L2 Support Engineer (3-5 yrs)

Job Summary : .

We are looking for a Palo Alto L2 Support Engineer to handle advanced technical issues, assist L1 support teams, and ensure smooth operation of Palo Alto security products.

You'll troubleshoot complex problems, guide junior engineers, and work with customers to resolve network security issues.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle escalated support tickets from L1 team.

- Troubleshoot complex firewall, VPN, and connectivity issues.

- Configure and optimize Palo Alto products (PAN-OS, GlobalProtect, etc.)

- Monitor logs and respond to security threats.

- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.

- Train and mentor L1 support staff.

- Document solutions and share knowledge.

Requirements : .

- 3+ years in network/security support.

- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, and routing protocols.

- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto products.

- PCNSE or similar certification (preferred).

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Willing to work in shifts and on-call support.
