Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager Channel Sales.
Department: Sales.
Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad.
Position Type: Full-time, On-roll.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Assistant Manager / Manager (Grade 1) to drive new business and manage channel partner relationships in the assigned region.
The incumbent will be responsible for revenue generation, gross margin achievement, and market expansion through effective channel management and key account servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business sales through channel partners to meet assigned revenue objectives.
- Identify and recruit new channel partners to increase market coverage.
- Conduct joint customer visits and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Support channel partners with tele sales and face-to-face customer engagement.
- Lead weekly reviews with channel partners for forecasting and performance evaluation.
- Ensure achievement of gross revenue and gross margin targets as per Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Regularly meet with partners and customers to drive margin-focused sales.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and build partner relationships.
- Maintain and expand the customer base by developing strong partner rapport.
- Deliver on organizational sales objectives and contribute to strategic goals.
- Ensure timely pricing and proposal submissions with follow-ups.
- Manage receivable collections as per partner-agreed terms.

- Channel Partner Engagement & Growth.
- Territory Coverage and Penetration.
- Timely Quote Submissions.

- Forecast Accuracy.
Candidate Profile:
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate / MBA.
- 5-6 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in key account management and market intelligence.
- IT industry exposure preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently.
Desirable Attributes:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exposure to channel sales and management.
- High adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments.
- Strong work ethics and result-oriented mindset.
