Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Order Management
- Collect and validate customer orders from the Sales Team.
- Prepare and process sales orders in SAP, follow up on Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and invoices.
- Coordinate with the Commercial and SCM teams for timely customer order execution.
- Vendor & Inventory Coordination
- Manage end-to-end vendor ordering processes (local and overseas), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Work with the Inventory Manager to analyze stock levels, optimize usage, and maintain data accuracy.
- Operational Issue Resolution
- Address and resolve issues related to short supply, incorrect shipments, and damaged materials.
- Oversee internal stock transfers and handle stock return and reconciliation processes.
- Reporting & MIS
- Generate and submit accurate MIS reports and dashboards on a regular basis.
- Track team progress, identify process gaps, and recommend operational improvements.
- Process & Communication Management
- Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and Purchase teams to set up and communicate new processes across regional teams.
- Ensure all operational changes are effectively shared with relevant stakeholders
