About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Presales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the sales process by providing technical and product expertise to support the sales team in winning new business. You'll collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and Technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and demonstrate the value of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and present tailored product solutions.
• Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and technical workshops to prospective clients.
• Prepare and present responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other customer documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions and articulate how our solutions solve business problems.
• Develop proof of concepts (POCs) and guide potential clients through pilot phases.
• Act as a technical advisor and trusted consultant during the presales phase.
• Stay current with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• [8+] years of experience in a presales, technical consulting, or solution engineering role.
• Strong understanding of Servers, Storage and Networking, System Integration, HPC
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear business value.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with cross-functional OEM teams like HP, Dell, Cisco, IBM
• Prior experience in IT support and service industry.
