Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will own the business division within the company and will be solely responsible for the Profit and Loss (P&L) and revenue generation. He/She should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role with demonstrated success. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in social media marketing and proficiency in tools such as SQL, Canva, and Adobe. We are specifically seeking a candidate with proven experience in driving web engagement including managing website content, optimizing user journeys, analyzing engagement metrics, and implementing strategies to enhance online interactions and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive revenue and meet business objectives.
- Manage and oversee the P&L for the marketing division, ensuring budget adherence and financial targets are met.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Create and execute social media marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Utilize SQL & business Strategy to analyze datas and generate insights for business growth & decision-making.
- Hands on experience in design and develop marketing materials using Canva and Adobe tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer service to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.
- Develop and implement web engagement strategies to drive visitor interaction, lead generation, and customer retention.
- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and engagement metrics (like session duration, bounce rate, page views).
- Create and optimize landing pages, blog content, and web campaigns to improve user experience and encourage action.
- Manage website content updates, SEO optimization, and A/B testing to enhance engagement.
- Collaborate with design, tech, and content teams to ensure consistent and appealing web presence.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, HubSpot, or similar to track and improve web engagement performance.
- Continuously analyze engagement data and provide actionable insights for marketing and sales teams.
- Hands-on experience with LEDE 360 dashboard and modules
- Creating and managing multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications)
- Building and optimizing customer journeys and automation workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing/ Masters in Business Administration, or a relevant field. Masters degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies and platforms
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
