Chartered Accountant

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly and weekly Financial Packs (Flash Reports) in pre-defined formats with a focus on timeliness and accuracy.

• Ensure timely closure of audits by coordinating with statutory, internal, and tax auditors, as well as respective department heads.

• Prepare and present MIS reports in Excel and PowerPoint, both segment-wise and at a consolidated level.

• Review reconciliation of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP) with the books and maintain GL-level control.

• Create and maintain daily operational trackers to monitor and ensure timely execution of financial tasks.

• Maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in coordination with respective functional heads.

• Supervise and lead the finance team on a daily basis, ensuring process adherence and accountability.

• Prepare Annual Financial Statements and Management Accounts in compliance with applicable standards.

• Provide required financial data and documentation for internal, statutory, and tax audits.

• Ensure secretarial and statutory compliance in coordination with external consultants.

• Maintain and monitor a compliance and reporting tracker to ensure all deadlines and requirements are met.
