Job Description

Manage and grow Outspark’s presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more

Conceptualize and write engaging content: reels, carousels, captions, memes, and scripts

Appear in front of the camera for videos, voiceovers, or hosting our social media content

Work with the design and video teams to bring ideas to life

Track trends, memes, and viral content — and ride the wave before it’s over

Plan and execute content calendars, keeping them fresh, relevant, and on-brand

Use insights and analytics to improve content performance

Keyskills

1-3 years of hands-on experience in social media management

Strong writing skills — especially for social media and short-form copy

Experience in scriptwriting for reels or video content

Comfortable being in front of the camera (big plus if you’ve done it before!)

Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices

Creative thinker with a good sense of aesthetics and timing

Bonus: If you’ve handled personal or brand pages and grown them from scratch
