- This is a high-impact role for a Chartered Accountant with 7-10 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, margin strategy, and business partnering.
- Ideal candidates will come from FMCG, D2C, Lifestyle, Wellness, or Cosmetics sectors with hands-on experience in cost analysis, AOP, and pricing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead P&L planning, budgeting, pricing, and forecasting across product lines
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Ops) to drive commercial decisions
- Drive cost optimization, variance analysis, and revenue modeling
- Manage SKU-wise profitability, sales trends, and channel performance dashboards
- Build and present monthly MIS, business cases, and margin tracking reports
- Oversee financial due diligence for new launches, campaigns, and strategic initiatives
- Support statutory reporting, audit queries, and BI tool adoption
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- CA qualified with 7-10 years of experience in FP&A / Commercial Finance
- Sector experience in FMCG, D2C, Wellness, Cosmetics, or Lifestyle retail
- Strong with Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP, TM1, Oracle, etc.)
- Proven track record in P&L ownership, AOP, forecasting, and margin planning
- Analytical, business-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setup
- Exposure to process automation, vendor negotiation, and dashboarding is a plus
