- Process Optimization:

- Quality Assurance:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the production of high-quality paper products.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to introduce new materials and technologies.
- Equipment Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of machinery used in the pulp and paper manufacturing process.
- Coordinate with the engineering team for timely repairs and upgrades.
- Environmental Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and implement eco-friendly practices in the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies to maintain compliance.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality control, to achieve company goals.
- Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and production staff.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Pulp and Paper Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pulp and paper manufacturing, with a focus on sustainable practices.
- Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and environmental regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
