Technical Project Manager (10-15 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Technical Project Manager with 10- 15 years of experience in project delivery, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination. This is a remote position responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects in line with company goals and client expectations.

You will work closely with technical leads, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

- Lead cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA engineers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Act as the point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. Manage expectations, provide regular updates, and facilitate effective communication.

- Monitor project timelines and financials. Ensure milestones and deliverables are met according to schedule and budget constraints.

- Identify potential risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans to avoid project delays or failures.

- Recommend and implement improvements in project delivery processes, methodologies

(Agile/Scrum/Waterfall), and team efficiency.

- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, status reports, change logs, and meeting notes to ensure project transparency.

- Work closely with technical teams to understand architectural decisions and align project execution with technical feasibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10 -15 years of experience in project management, ideally within the IT services or consulting domain.

- Proven experience in leading technical projects end-to-end, from inception to go-live.

- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

- Excellent program and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong analytical skills to monitor project progress and resolve complex issues proactively.

- Leadership qualities with a track record of guiding and motivating cross-functional teams.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to manage stakeholders at all levels.

- Problem-solving mindset, able to think critically and strategically under pressure.

- Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or Asana.

- Experience working in remote or globally distributed teams is a plus.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification.

- Experience in cloud-based project environments (AWS, Azure).

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Advanced degrees or professional certifications are an advantage.
