We are looking for a Product Owner cum Product Manager to join our team in Pune.

This role involves end-to-end product lifecycle management in the Banking & Wealth Management domain, focusing on financial products, money movement, and global-scale integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Lifecycle Management Own product development from inception to delivery in the financial sector.

- Financial Product Expertise Drive money movement, internal payment gateways, and transactions.

- Stakeholder Management Collaborate with business heads, tech teams, and global partners.

- Team Dynamics & Scale Work with a cross-functional team on scratch-built and global-scale solutions.

- SDLC & Multiple Product Juggling Manage multiple products, timelines, and releases simultaneously.

- Technical Background & Integration Ensure smooth integration across financial ecosystems & international markets.

- Compliance & Risk Management Adhere to banking regulations and security protocols.

- Global Expansion Collaborate with teams across different countries, ensuring scalability and seamless integration.

Preferred Background:

- 7+ years in Product Management & Product Lifecycle Management.

- Expertise in Banking & Wealth Management products, preferably with hands-on experience in money movement & transaction processing.

- Strong knowledge of SDLC, release planning, and technical architecture.

- Experience handling multiple products, roadmap planning, and delivery execution.

- Proven track record of working on financial products at a global scale.

- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives.

- Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or PMP (preferred).

- Strong personality with leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.

- Reporting To: Senior Leadership/Product Head.

- Team Size: Cross-functional team involving developers, testers, business analysts, and architects.

- Users & Countries: Global-scale financial products with users across multiple regions.

- Product Stage: Mix of scratch-built solutions & existing product enhancements.
