We are looking for a Creative Lead with 7-9 years of experience to manage and drive the creative operations of our design and video vertical
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and will own the entire creative process from concept to execution
This role requires overseeing multiple creative projects, ensuring they align with client objectives and are delivered on time and within budget
Key Responsibilities
Creative Project Management: Manage the end-to-end creative process, including design and video projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of creative outputs
Team Leadership: : Lead and mentor a team of designers, video editors, and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
Operations Ownership: Take ownership of the operations within the design and video vertical, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their creative needs, presenting ideas, concepts, and deliverables that align with their brand vision
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of creativity and ensure all deliverables meet the brands identity and communication guidelines
Budget Management: Manage project budgets, timelines,
Requirements
7-9 years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a focus on project management and creative direction
Strong expertise in both design and video production, with a deep understanding of creative processes
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
Experience in team management, with excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to oversee creative operations and ensure seamless execution of projects
