Social Media Manager

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with brands to understand their business goals and objectives.
• Develop effective social media strategies aligned with clients' overall marketing objectives.
• Stay updated with the industry trends and emerging social media platforms to recommend innovative strategies.
• Create engaging and compelling content across various social media channels.
• Coordinate content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant posts.
• Utilize multimedia elements, including graphics and videos to enhance social media presence.
• Manage and optimize social media accounts on platforms such as LinkedIn Facebook, Instagram and others.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and conversations relevant to client industries.
• Respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media in a timely and professional manner.
• Serve as the main point of contact for social media related work
• Conduct regular client meetings to discuss strategy, performance, and upcoming initiatives.
• Provide proactive recommendations and insights to enhance client satisfaction.

• Strong understanding of B2B social media best practices
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Experience and Education:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

1 year of experience in the relevant field.
