Job Description
- Work on open source multimedia frameworks like gstreamer & mpeg.
- Develop, optimize & Integrate various audio/video codecs like aac, opus, vorbis, h264, h265, mpeg4, mpeg2 etc and Custom build system development.
- Customize build new plugins for gstreamer and mpeg. Investigate and integrate third party libraries.
- Be the guide & domain expert to any multimedia related work.
- Investigate & prototype new requirements in Multimedia. Communicate directly with clients for the given requirement & queries.
- Above everything, willing to learn continuously and keep improving
- Multitier Database architecture application
Skill Requirement
- Experience in designing & developing commercially viable OTT solutions for the customers.
- Deep understanding of the OTT ecosystem, including client-side ad solutions, analytics, DRM technologies and multi-DRM strategies.
- Experience across diverse OTT clients including TV sticks, Connect TV, Games Console, STB, Web.
- Knowledge of Video packaging and OTT streaming (DASH, HLS, CMAF) and video encoding (H.264,
- Willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment and follow Agile practices
- 3+ years of experience in building web applications using React.js or PHP Laravel, with any backend or frontend stack respectively. Proficient in modern JavaScript, PHP Laravel, HTML and CSS Familiar with REST API design principles Media Source Extension(MSE), Container formats (mp4, ts, mkv, avi, mp3 etc
- Back-End Web Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills
