Job Overview :
- As a Business Development Manager specializing in digital marketing services, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our digital marketing agency/company. Your primary focus will be on selling our suite of digital marketing services to prospective clients across various industries.
- Must have Sales Experience in selling digital marketing services like SEO/SEM/SMM/SMO/PPC/Website designing & Development/Mobile applications development/Brand promotions/Affliate/performance marketing/Sms&whatsapp marketing ,Content & email marketing /social media marketing
- Experience in digital Marketing services, IT, or marketing companies/agencies is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, networking, and cold outreach.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' goals, challenges, and digital marketing requirements.
Proposal Development and Presentation:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches that showcase the value proposition of our digital marketing services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, creative, analytics) to develop customized solutions that meet clients' specific needs and objectives.
Contract Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
- Close sales and secure new business opportunities, ensuring smooth transitions to the account management and delivery teams.
Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Leverage market intelligence to refine sales strategies, target key accounts, and position our digital marketing services effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, platforms, and trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM softwares and other sales productivity tools.
