CyntraLabs - Technical/Functional Consultant - MS Dynamics 365/F&O (4-8 yrs)

Role : Technical/Functional Consultant

Responsibilities :

- Design, customize, and develop solutions for Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations / Customer Engagement).

- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applications and services.

- Create and maintain plugins, workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate, and custom integrations.

- Work with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).

- Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and deployment activities.

- Support data migration, system testing, and go-live efforts.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Technical roles.

- Proficiency in X++, C#, .NET, and JavaScript.

- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 SDK, Web API, and integration patterns.

- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate) preferred.

Functional Consultant :

Responsibilities :

- Gather business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 configurations.

- Lead or support workshops and user story mapping sessions.

- Configure Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain).

- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure alignment with functional requirements.

- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.

- Ensure successful implementation and user adoption.

Requirement :

- 3+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.

- Strong knowledge of business processes and Dynamics 365 modules.

- Experience in gap analysis, documentation, and solution design.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-310, MB-500) are a plus.
