About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Marketing Strategist to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- This role requires a blend of creative thinking, analytical rigor, and strong communication skills to craft compelling campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, product, and digital marketing, to ensure alignment with company goals and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to support business goals across B2B/B2C markets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer insights, industry trends, and competitor positioning.
- Define target audiences and develop customer personas to drive tailored messaging and campaigns.
- Collaborate with content, design, and performance marketing teams to build integrated campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, events, and PR.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Meta Ads, or similar platforms.
- Analyze data and KPIs to assess effectiveness, generate insights, and optimize campaign performance.
- Oversee branding initiatives, messaging frameworks, and tone-of-voice consistency across channels.
- Identify new growth opportunities and emerging marketing technologies or platforms.
- Work with sales and product teams to align messaging and ensure strategic marketing support throughout the customer journey.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand development, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital channels (SEO/SEM, email, content marketing, social media, paid advertising).
- Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, CRM/automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and ad platforms.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think creatively, act strategically, and drive measurable results.
- Bachelor's / master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
