Datamatics - Presales Manager (11-15 yrs)

Location Mumbai Andheri East (WFO).

Role Summary.

We are seeking a talented Presales Manager specializing in RFI/RFQ/RFX to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have an agile & analytical mindset with research & data interpretation skills.

Key Responsibilities.

- Assist in Lead qualification, opportunity analysis, and proposal creation.

- Assist in developing tailored pitch decks, RFP/RFI responses, and case studies.

- Maintain proposal pipeline and other project-related tasks.

- Partner with Sales teams to understand client objectives and present compelling research solutions.

- Design and deliver customized proposals, RFP responses, and solution demonstrations.

Qualifications & Desired Skills.

Experience: 11-15years in Presales, preferably in market research or BPO services.

Education: Bachelors degree/masters in business, marketing or related fields.

Shift Timing 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM/10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

Key Skills:.

- Strong understanding of market research & BPO services.

- Good proposal writing & presentation skills.

- Exposure to AI/ GenAI/ Digital Transformation/ Automation solutions/ services.

- Analytical mindset with research & data interpretation skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management.

- Leverage understanding of qualitative and quantitative research techniques to design relevant approaches.

- Integrate industry trends, frameworks, and competitive analysis into proposals.

- Act as a strategic partner during the pre-sales phase to understand pain points and desired outcomes.

- Participate in client calls, presentations, and demos to position offerings effectively.

- Liaise with consulting and research teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client goals.

- Strong understanding of research methodologies (primary, secondary, analytics).

- Proficient in crafting client proposals and solution documents.
