AVP/VP - Team Lead - SMO - SME
Job Purpose
To drive growth in new-to-bank and existing-to-bank customer acquisition and revenue generation, with a particular focus on the SME segment, by leveraging data-driven insights, optimizing digital channels, and managing strategic partnerships.
Key Accountabilities:
Lead the Sales Management Office (SMO) and drive the team for following outcomes:
Lead Generation for NTBs and NTPs :
- Work with different data partners/data chapter for enriched leads
- Lead Management and tracking
- Lead Analytics for efficiency/ better conversion
- Run different Campaigns for sales team to ensure maximum conversion
- R&R contest for generating incremental business
ETB :
- Cross-sell of products and customer wallet growth through data led initiatives
- One Bank Initiatives
- Maximise NDS channel for logins/Ac opening, work on specific campaigns
- Drive BANCA cross-sell | CBG Treasures
- Leverage Treasures customers for SME cross-sell.
Onboard to Operate:
- Create winning proposition for NTB onboarding working closely with Product Partners
- Managing through Journey
- Drive the SME MTJ and work closely with SL/Region for PMA outcomes
- SPOC for driving SME Operating model
- Referral Partner Governance
- Act as Service Delivery Manager to oversee the onboarding /governance of Referral Partners
Requirements:
- 12 to 15 Years of experience in Product role/ SMO role
- Experience working on Lead management, Lead Analytics, Lead tracking
- Experience working on Sales team Campaign
- Team Management experience will be added advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
