DeHaat - Business Finance Manager (3-8 yrs)

Job Description:

- The Business Finance Manager will play a crucial role in driving the financial performance of DeHaat's fruits and vegetables business.

- This individual will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring that the business achieves its financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support business decision-making.

- Prepare detailed financial forecasts and budgets for the fruits and vegetables business.

- Conduct financial feasibility studies for new initiatives and investments.

Financial Analysis:

- Analyze financial performance metrics, including revenue, cost of goods sold, gross margin, operating expenses, and profitability.

- Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

- Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses as needed to support business needs.

Reporting:

- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.

- Provide insightful financial analysis and commentary to support decision-making.

Financial Modeling:

- Build and maintain complex financial models to assess the impact of different business scenarios and strategies.

- Conduct sensitivity analyses to evaluate the risk and reward associated with various initiatives.

Business Partnering:

- Collaborate closely with business leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

- Advise on financial implications of strategic initiatives and operational decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- MBA and CA preferred

- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills

- Proficiency in financial reporting and accounting standards

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Experience in the fruits and vegetables industry or agriculture is preferred
