Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, quality, and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply team for restocking.
• Drive store sales by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
• Track daily sales, manage cash flow, and report key metrics to management.
• Maintain visual merchandising and in-store branding as per company standards.
• Implement promotional activities and upselling strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferred; Diploma in Retail Management or related field is a plus.
• 15 years of experience in store or retail management, preferably in FMCG or meat retail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage a team efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and POS operations.
