Full Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js (2-4 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop robust backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js

- Build dynamic and responsive frontend interfaces using React.js

- Integrate frontend and backend components to ensure seamless data flow and user experience

- Develop and manage MongoDB databases, write efficient queries, and ensure performance optimization

- Implement user authentication and authorization using JWT or OAuth

- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices

- Work with version control tools such as Git

- Collaborate with designers and product managers to define new features

- Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack

- Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Heroku

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development using MERN stack

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)

- Solid experience with React.js, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle

- Experience with backend development using Node.js and Express.js

- Proficiency in MongoDB with knowledge of data modeling and performance tuning

- Experience in building RESTful APIs and working with third-party APIs

- Understanding of asynchronous programming, Promises, and Async/Await

- Familiarity with tools like Postman, npm, and Webpack

- Experience with version control systems like Git/GitHub

- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design

- Familiarity with deployment and CI/CD pipelines

Good to Have (Bonus Skills) :

- Experience with TypeScript

- Knowledge of Next.js, Redux, or React Query

- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes

- Basic understanding of DevOps and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)

- Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.)
