Dexcel Electronics Designs - Project Manager (8-12 yrs)

- Be responsible for project management of methodology development with low to medium complexity

- Manage a diverse global project team and take ownership to deliver projects on time, at cost, with defined scope/functionality and in committed quality

- Align requirements (functionality, quality, schedule, budget, others) with stakeholders

- Oversee project planning (resources, schedule, technical deliverables), tracking (schedule, cost) and reporting

- Handle escalations and customer stakeholder management

- Take care of close cooperation and interaction with all involved parties

- The assignment for the position concerns to a support function to Project Management Team. The person is required to have a good understanding of Project Management and can plan the project with global team members and be able to report the project status to stakeholders.

- Project Planning - At DES we have a diversified portfolio of activities we cater to, our solutions offering range from Design Flow development, Tool development to full chip development. The role requires to create and maintain the project plans for the managed projects.

- Communication/Reporting - Communication is the key; all project activities should be communicated timely to stakeholders.

- Project Management Tools - The responsible person should be able to work with Atlassian Confluence, JIRA, Microsoft Project Plan

- Requirements/Configuration Manager: The responsible should have expertise in Requirements/Configuration Management tools like Jama, Git/Bit Bucket and be flexible to play the role of RM,CM as may be required.

- Experience in handling projects with medium to large complexity

- Industry experience working as a Project Manager or Project Team

- Proven track record in project management across all aspects of the development using waterfall or agile methodology

- Experience of using project planning tools such as MS Project, Atlassian JIRA and Confluence, or similar.

- Exposure to IO development highly desired

- Strong communication and networking skills to harmonize with peers, management and stakeholders

- Willing to dive into new things and pick them up fast

- Very good analytical skills required to evaluate complex situations

- Good reporting and presentation skills

- Good understanding of internal interfaces.
