Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, documentation, offer management, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers, technical/functional interview panels, and HR stakeholders to align hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Ensure high levels of candidate engagement and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Lead post-offer follow-up processes to ensure candidate onboarding success and address potential risks.
• Collaborate with the business on hiring strategies, campus programs, and process enhancements.
• Drive recruitment operations with accuracy and speed in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with internal processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in technical and functional recruitment roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement and interview scheduling.
• Strong command of sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and modern recruitment technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite from our Vadodara office.
