Junior Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team in a leading construction company. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of architectural drawings and be proficient in coordinating with consultants, site teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and review architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with external consultants (structural, MEP, etc.) and ensure their inputs are incorporated into the design and construction plans.
• Support the senior architect and project team in day-to-day site coordination and design-related activities.
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction work aligns with design intent.
• Assist in preparing design presentations, documentation, and BOQs.
• Help manage approvals, documentation,and compliance processes.
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings and revisions as per project needs.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Architecture or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in architectural work, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural & structural drawings.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office (Revit will be an added advantage).
• Good understanding of construction practices and site execution.
