Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Process Improvement Consultant to support strategic initiatives across Sales, Account Relationship Management (ARM), and operational teams. This contract role will leverage Lean Six Sigma methodologies and design thinking to streamline workflows, enhance performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Identify bottlenecks in sales and ARM processes; implement data-driven improvements.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to reduce waste and eliminate non-value-added activities.
• Standardize workflows across teams, regions, and product lines to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Use design thinking to facilitate workflow design, particularly ticketing systems.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, ARM, and operational functions.
• Build and maintain data models and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to track:
• Sales performance and pipeline health
• Account growth, forecasting, and business reviews
• SLA adherence, exceptions, and corrective actions
• Analyze ticketing system data to identify trends, root causes, and develop action plans.
• Bridge Sales, ARM, and Operations by aligning goals and processes across marketing, finance, and supply chain.
• Improve post-sale handoffs and service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Highlight process gaps, inefficiencies, and follow-up needs to stakeholders.
• Training & Leadership
• Promote Six Sigma and Lean leadership practices across teams.
• Support training initiatives to embed a continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications:

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.
• Proven experience in sales operations and process improvement.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
