Must be familiar with counselling students for UK/CAN/USA/AUS increase the sales
Should be able to communicate about the visa application process, benefits of studying in the respective country further extension prospect
Locate the right course/college options for the student according to their eligibility and budget
Follow up with clients and students after inquiry till the time it gets close record information of all correspondence
Analyze each case to figure out loopholes in the candidate s profile and address it with the best possible remedies
Prioritize workload as per requirement and should be able to work with strict deadlines
Should be able to meet monthly target
Follow up on potential leads generated by the marketing team and maintain excel
Any added responsibility assigned by Superiors to enhance the ability
You will use superior customer service skills and professionalism throughout daily interactions and communications with students including interviews, phone calls, emails and information sessions.
