About the Senior Software Engineer - Mobile role
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices.
- Automate the build process for white-labeled React Native apps with dynamic app configurations.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Partner with the security and compliance team to implement best practices.
- Build, Implement and Maintain the CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience. Own monitoring and debugging of errors and application crashes.
- Own deployment and distribution applications to stores
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies in iOS and Android, ensuring the continuous improvement of development practices.
- 3-7 years of experience as a Mobile Developer.
- Proficiency in React Native application development.
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best coding practices.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools, source version control tools.
- Experience in mobile application deployment and distribution.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and writing automated tests.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience in cloud environments of Azure, AWS, GCP is a plus.
- Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres, or NoSQL databases is a plus.
