Job Summary

We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager Modern Trade & Quick Commerce to grow our presence across organized retail (Apollo Pharmacy, Reliance Retail, DMart, etc.) and digital platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, 1mg, Amazon, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow modern trade & e-commerce accounts through strategic planning and
execution.
• Develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs), lead negotiations, and ensure visibility and sell-through.
• Coordinate with marketing and supply chain to execute promotions, ensure stock availability.
• Track performance, analyze sales data, and deliver regular performance reports.
• Onboard new retail partners and platforms, optimize listings and digital shelf presence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences; MBA preferred.
• 5-8 years in modern trade account management (FMCG / OTC / pharma preferred).
• Existing relationships with key modern trade retailers.
• Strong skills in negotiation, analytics, category & trade marketing.
• Experience with e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.
