Job Description
- Deal with all general inquiries, explain procedures and make new and follow-up appointments.
- Taking care of patients and engaging them and helping them voluntarily.
- Receive and make telephone calls as required. Divert calls and take messages, ensuring accuracy of detail and prompt appropriate delivery.
- Provide information regarding various services available.
- Fix appointments over phone/person
- Be a link between the patients / attenders the doctors.
- Ensure that the patients / attenders are kept comfortable at all times ensure to meet their requirements as laid down in clinic rules.
- Engaging the patients. Talking to them and trying to understand.
- Helping the patients to fill the registration forms.
- Keep in touch with the Billing department to ensure the entries of all the diagnosis done for the respective patients.
- Collect reference from patients, need to do cross sale, medicine sale upgrade
- Explain the packages and procedures costs to customers.
- Collecting the feedbacks/ Google reviews/ video testimonial from all patients.
