Fusion SCM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant to support implementation, enhancement, and support activities for Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management modules. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge across SCM modules and hands-on experience in business process mapping, solution design, and system configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business users to gather and analyze SCM requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.
• Configure, test, and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Self-Service Procurement, and Sourcing.
• Lead and support the implementation of new SCM functionalities and enhancements in Oracle Cloud.
• Perform Fit-Gap analysis, document functional specifications, and manage solution design and configuration.
• Conduct UAT, resolve defects, and provide post-production support.
• Work collaboratively with technical teams to support integrations, reports, and data migration (FBDI/ADFdi).
• Provide training and user documentation for end users and stakeholders.
  

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle SCM, with minimum 2+ years in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on configuration experience in Inventory, Procurement, Sourcing, Order Management, and Product Management.
• Familiarity with FBDI templates, BIP/OTBI reports, and ESS jobs.
• Understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and O2C (Order-to-Cash) cycles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
