Lab Administrator || Trivandrum

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To manage all operations of the laboratories

• To ensure delivering the customer delight experience at the lab.

• Implement quality control measures to maintain the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results. Conduct regular audits and proficiency testing, and address any issues or discrepancies. • Coordination for general repair and maintenance of present Infrastructure including monitoring day-to-day upkeep of lab

• Lab Audits & Biometrics / CCTV /Phone lines / Mystery calls / Registration Monitoring /Data Extraction and evaluation of Profit / Loss of Labs
• Accountable for improving customer experience and customer retention in labs by developing and mentoring the lab staff experience.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a clinical laboratory, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Thorough knowledge of laboratory testing methodologies, instrumentation, and quality control procedures.

• Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements, such as CLIA and CAP guidelines.
