Position: Trainer
Designation: Trainer
Functional Area: GROW PwD Operations
Objective of the Position
GROW is a flagship program of Dr. Reddys Foundation aimed at skilling youth across India. This role focuses on building employability skills among unemployed youth (12th pass or graduates), enabling them to secure jobs in the private sector. Key skill areas include Communicative English, Digital Literacy, Soft Skills, Communication Skills, Digital Problem Solving, Sector & Workplace Readiness, and Interview Skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions as per the pre-defined session plan to the identified youth.
- Continuously build subject knowledge aligned with the designed curriculum.
- Equip learners with the confidence and skills required to face job interviews.
- Conduct regular assessments to track and evaluate student progress.
- Maintain accurate training records and related documentation.
- Actively participate in center-related activities such as:
- Organizing parent meetings
- Retention follow-ups
- Collecting training feedback
