Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Nest.Js. The position is based in Jaipur. The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining back-end web applications and services. Daily tasks include writing clean and efficient code, implementing object-oriented programming principles, managing databases, debugging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop highly scalable and maintainable backend systems using Nest.js (Node.js)

- Architect and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and middleware components

- Integrate external services and APIs (e.g., payment gateways, notification systems, CRMs, etc.)

- Manage PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB or similar databases with strong focus on performance and data modeling

- Implement security best practices in API development (authentication, authorization, rate limiting, input validation)

- Write clean, efficient, and testable code with comprehensive unit and integration tests using Jest / Mocha

- Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams for full system integration and CI/CD pipelines

- Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and mentoring junior developers

- Stay current with emerging backend technologies and help shape backend architecture decisions

Qualifications :

- Strong background in Computer Science

- Proficient in Back-End Web Development and Programming

- Experience in Software Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field required

- Experience with Nest.Js and other JavaScript frameworks is highly desirable

- Prior experience in the event-tech industry is a plus
