Lead Full Stack Developer - Java/Node.js/React.js (7-10 yrs)

Position : Lead-Full Stack Developer

Job Summary : We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven Lead Full Stack Developer to join our mission of building transformative products in the financial services space.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end development and customization of our core products to meet client and business requirements.

- Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and internal teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Build and maintain server-side applications and RESTful APIs ensuring scalability and robustness.

- Design and manage databases (SQL and NoSQL), optimizing queries for effective data storage and retrieval.

- Develop and integrate third-party APIs to ensure seamless communication between our products and external services.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the full stack to maintain product stability.

- Mentor and guide a team of developers, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices.

- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the product technology stack.

Key Capabilities :

- Strong programming expertise in Java and/or Node.js with hands-on experience in back-end development.

- Proficient in JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Extensive experience with RESTful API design and development.

- Skilled in working with relational databases like MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, and NoSQL databases.

- Good understanding of MVC frameworks and software architectural patterns.

- Excellent logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- 7+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in banking, fintech, or financial services

Good to Have :

- Proven experience leading technical architecture decisions and driving scalable, secure solutions in financial services or banking products.

- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with automated testing frameworks and implementing comprehensive CI/CD pipelines to ensure code quality and faster deployments.

- Proficiency in cloud-native development on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, with experience leveraging managed services for scalability and reliability.

- Strong background in Agile leadership and mentoring teams in fast-paced, regulated environments.
