Monitoring Purchase Bill Accounting RM PM of Plant, Charging Site External Store.
Coordinate to complete Audit, as well as arrange to get reply from the respective Process owner along with necessary supporting documents.
Complete Audit compliance on time.
Validate PO s of RM/PM Purchase daily match with Planning ,SOB Approved shared by the Strategic sourcing team along with Price, Ensure PO Price below Benchmark price proceed for approval.
Follow up with the Process owner to complete Monthly Legal Compliance with duly validated of Compliance documents along with Supporting report.
Take responsibility to follow up with Process owner to implement the Management Action plan taken, based on gap in Audit observation, being closed in MAP Tool application.
Prepare Purchase Saving Report Monthly.
