Hvac Design Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Designer with a strong background in clean room environments. The candidate will be responsible for designing and detailing HVAC systems that comply with GMP guidelines and cleanroom standards for pharmaceutical and high-precision manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design HVAC systems for cleanroom environments, including air handling units (AHUs), ducting, HEPA filtration, and pressure zoning.
  
• Prepare HVAC layouts, air flow diagrams, zoning layouts, and equipment schedules using AutoCAD/Revit.
  
• Perform heat load calculations and select appropriate HVAC equipment.

• Coordinate with electrical, civil, and process teams to integrate HVAC systems with overall project design.
  
• Assist in BOQ preparation, technical submittals, and client approval processes.
  
• Support project execution teams during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
  
• Ensure designs support energy efficiency and cleanroom integrity (temperature, humidity, and pressure control).

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
  
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC design, specifically for cleanroom/controlled environments.
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and cleanroom design standards.
