Job Description
- Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests
- Involved in Finalization of Annual Accounts of Ecoverva and other group companies.
- Involved in preparation of replies of the transfer pricing assessments and notices.
- Involved in preparation of replies of income tax scrutiny cases & TDS notices for all the units.
- Involved in approval process of day to day accounting of the corporate office Involved in ensuring correct deduction of TDS except payroll being outsourced, timely filing of TDS Return & correction statement in case required.
- Centralized payment processing directly thru ERP Involved with the tax advisors for tax returns assessment.
- Ensuring a steady cash flow by generating, auditing, and sending invoices in a timely manner.
- Responsible to handle GST Filing & issues.
- Create all project-related billings to customers and Investigate all project
- expenses not billed to customers
- Close out project accounts upon project completion
- Create project accounts in the accounting system/ TALLY.
- Identify and mitigate tax risks
- Manage direct tax provision and direct tax compliance process
- 4-7+ years experience as Account Management
- Experience to handle a team
- Experience to work under pressure.
- Female employee preference
