What Youll Do:
✅ Conduct domain training in Banking, Finance & Accounting
✅ Deliver soft skills & employability training (online & offline)
✅ Use interactive methodsrole plays, activities, experiential learning
✅ Mentor learners and support their career growth
✅ Monitor progress and provide regular feedback
What Youll Need:
🎓 Graduate (Commerce preferred)
💼 2+ years of BFSI training experience
📚 Strong knowledge in Banking, Accounting & Finance
🗣 Excellent communication & presentation skills
💻 Proficiency in MS Office & digital training tools
