Job Description
- Familiar with Electrical/electronics systems such as servo drives, servo motors, scale, encoder, PLC, CNC, parameter, contractor logic, etc.
- Handling PM independntly
- Perform repairs and conduct proactive maintenance on CNC machines and grinding machine
- Replacement of drives, Cards, encoder, Motos, contractor, PLC etc..
- Understanding electrical, mechnaical components, assembly drawings and machine drawings electrical circuit.
- Why - why analysis, fishbone and statstical tools
- Quick solving of problems, and applying Good Maintenance standards & practices.
- Knowledge on Trouble shooting in CNC HMI screen , Electrical/Electronics field elements , CNC system parts, PLCs, SPM machines and accessories.
- Able to read, decode Electrical, CNC and PLC m/c, Contractor logic, drawings, Ladder , etc.
