Job Description
Experience: 4+ years
Qualification: Diploma - Electrical
Technical Skill set (Must have):
Attending Breakdown in FRD (Fanuc Robo Drill), Fanuc Robots, Conveyor, Grinding, Face Milling, Drilling, Fine Boring, Honing, Induction Hardening machines, SIEMENS & MITSUBISHI PLC &DRIVE Experience in preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and condition based maintenance.
Daily updation of log book & History cards for equipment.
Knowledge in safety Procedures like LOTO system.
Basic knowledge on Hydraulics & Pneumatics system.
Hand-on experience on replacement of Ball screws, Bearings, LM guide on VMC, HMC and turning center.
Basic knowledge about spindle condition monitoring system.
Basic understanding of the mechanical drawing of assembly
Knowledge in safety Procedures like LOTO system.
