Job Description
Technical responsibilities:
- Design, program, and test PLC, SCADA, HMI, SERVO, and VFD systems for various industrial applications.
- Develop and implement control strategies to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, wiring diagrams, and user manuals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
- Conduct site assessments and provide technical support during installation and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in industrial automation technologies and best practices.
- On-Time Delivery
- Proven experience as an Industrial Automation Engineer with a focus on PLC, SCADA, HMI, SERVO, and VFD systems.
- Proficiency in programming PLCs (e.g., Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
- Experience with SCADA systems (e.g.,IConics, Labview, Zenon, FTView SE, WinCC ).
- Proficiency in various programming languages, like ladder logic, FBD, Structured Text
- Knowledge of SQL DB
- Sound experience with SERVO and VFD application and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Worked with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and related reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred to have experience with robotic systems and servo motion control.
- Good to have knowledge of IoT and Industry 4.0 concepts.

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Instrumentation and Control, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Mechatronics or a related field
