Role Overview:

We are looking for a Graduate Technical Content Management Intern from a strong technical background (BCA, B.Tech, BSc-CS, or similar) to assist in technical content publishing/ updating and website content management. This is not a writing role. It involves formatting, uploading, and managing content (text, images, videos, and documents) using CMS platforms like Word Press or Joomla.

This role is ideal for someone who has a basic understanding of web technologies and a passion for keeping digital content fresh, accurate, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain website content including text, images, videos, and technical documents.
• Use basic HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (like Word Press, Joomla, or others) to publish and format content.
• Collaborate with the development, designing team & content creators to implement website updates and enhancements.
• Work on integrating new features, plugins, or tools to improve website functionality.
• Assist in optimizing website speed and performance through code improvements.
• Support the optimization of content layout and usability for better user experience.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure website functionality and user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, BCA, BTECH or related field.

• Proven 0-6 months of experience in web content management or website maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (Word Press preferred).
• Familiarity with website structure, responsive layout concepts, and version control tools like Git is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts.

Important Note: This is not a content writing or creative writing internship. Applicants who are not graduates or from non-technical backgrounds will not be shortlisted.
