Were looking for an Enterprise Account Manager role for the Mumbai location, who will be part of our Sales Team for West Regional.

Job Description:

Generating Business revenue in Enterprise accounts for West Region.

Enterprise account managers will be responsible for increasing business and revenue by engaging with CXO-level stakeholders in enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their objectives, preferences, and challenges.

- Constantly drive business growth by acquiring new customer and enterprise Logos.

- Deliver compelling product and service presentations to showcase their value and address client questions head-on.

- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability for the company.

- Convert leads into sales by resolving client concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process.

- Provide ongoing support to existing clients while ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.

- Set and track sales goals and implement strategies for driving growth.

- Maintain sales records and provide quarterly sales reports.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, product development, and customer service to align efforts, leverage resources, and maximize sales opportunities.

Required Skills:

- Identifies challenges or obstacles in the sales process and develops creative solutions to overcome them, ensuring successful deal closures.

- Ability to adapt sales methods and responses based on client feedback, market trends, and changing business situations.

- Effective prioritization and organization of tasks to maximize productivity and meet sales targets within deadlines.

- Thorough understanding of Microsoft Cloud, Cybersecurity & Manage Services and effective offerings to position competitive advantages & create value for clients.

- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

- Comfortable using sales and CRM software tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports for analysis and decision-making.

- Go-getter and ready for field sales.
