Job Description
- Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc
- Handling day-to-day accounting
- Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments
- Handling all banking, Handling & filling GST
- Communicate with clients & vendors through phone calls or email
- Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques.
- Preparing profit and loss statements
- Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws
- SHOULD HAVE WORKED IN US DOLLARS AS WELL.
- Bachelor s degree in accounting or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an accountant
- Proficient in managing accounting software
- Knowledge of accounting and taxation laws and keeping abreast of the changes
- Excellent record-keeping and accounting skills with high ethics
