We're seeking a talented Generative AI Developer to join our Engineering team.

In this role, you'll design, develop, and implement generative AI solutions to solve complex business problems.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform cutting-edge AI technologies into practical, scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop generative AI applications using large language models (LLMs), diffusion models, and other generative AI technologies.

- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to identify use cases and implement AI solutions.

- Fine-tune and optimize models for specific client requirements and use cases.

- Implement robust evaluation frameworks to assess model performance and mitigate potential risks.

- Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate capabilities and gather feedback.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation for AI systems.

- Stay current with the latest advancements in generative AI technologies and methodologies.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.

- 8+ years of relevant experience.

- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).

- Experience implementing LLM-based applications and understanding of prompt engineering.

- Knowledge of generative AI concepts, including text generation, image generation, and multimodal systems.

- Experience with API development and integration.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex systems.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Master's or PhD in AI, ML, or related field.

- Experience with model fine-tuning, RLHF, and alignment techniques.

- Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.

- Experience with vector databases and embedding models.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their AI/ML services.

- Understanding of enterprise AI governance, security, and compliance requirements.
