Job Description
As a Sytelline Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise and guidance to clients utilizing Sytelline software solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design and implement solutions, and provide ongoing support. This role requires a deep understanding of Sytelline products, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements.
- Conduct workshops and meetings to identify client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients and serve as their primary technical point of contact.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Sytellines capabilities.
- Solution Design and Implementation:
- Design and develop customized solutions based on client requirements, using Sytelline software and tools.
- Configure and customize Sytelline products to meet client specifications.
- Collaborate with the development team to create technical designs, integrations, and enhancements.
- Ensure successful implementation and deployment of Sytelline solutions within client environments.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality and performance of the implemented solutions.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the implementation phase and post-implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges faced by clients in a timely manner.
- Document and track support tickets, ensuring that all issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to address complex technical problems.
- Knowledge Transfer and Training:
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to educate them on Sytelline products and functionalities.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including user guides and technical specifications, to aid clients in understanding and utilizing the software effectively.
- Keep up-to-date with Sytelline product releases, enhancements, and industry trends to provide the most relevant guidance and recommendations to clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a technical consultant or in a similar role, preferably working with Sytelline or related software solutions.
- Deep understanding of Sytelline products, their capabilities, and their integration possibilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to design effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Solid project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.
- Experience in software development, scripting, or programming languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with database systems and SQL queries is advantageous.
