Senior Manager Techno commercial

1 Business Development & Strategy

• Identify potential business opportunities in solar (utility-scale, C&I, hybrid, storage-integrated)
• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and pricing benchmarks
• Participate in strategic planning to support long-term business goals

2 Techno-Commercial Evaluation

• Conduct technical due diligence and site feasibility studies
• Lead pre-bid engineering, budgeting, and BOQ finalization
• Evaluate project cost economics and prepare financial models

3 Bidding & Tendering

• Lead bid preparation and submission for SECI, NTPC, state tenders, and C&I clients
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of tender documents, RFQs, and RFPs
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and legal teams during the bidding process

4 Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage with key stakeholders including clients, EPCs, vendors, and government agencies
• Present techno-commercial proposals, deliver impactful presentations, and negotiate contracts
• Build and sustain strong business relationships to ensure repeat and referral business

Core Competencies

• In-depth understanding of solar PV technologies, project execution, and industry trends
• Strong knowledge of bid management, tariff analysis, and power purchase agreements (PPAs) Proficiency in financial modeling, project costing, and commercial negotiation
• Sound understanding of regulatory frameworks, state/central solar policies, and DISCOM dynamics
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Ability to align technical feasibility with commercial viability
• Proficient in tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, PVSyst, Helioscope
